Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for injury recovery and chronic condition management at Memorial Hospital in Luray, VA. Deliver daily care Monday through Thursday on a 4x10 schedule from 07:30 to 17:15, utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system. Maintain an active Virginia Physical Therapy license and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) certification while adhering to facility dress codes requiring black scrubs. No weekend or on-call requirements apply for this 36-hour weekly assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or documented license status in Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist with outpatient and neuro experience
- Experience with outpatient rehabilitation settings
