Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role based in Salem, AR delivering home health PT services including evaluations, reassessments, start-of-care visits, and treatment visits within a 50-mile radius. Must hold a PT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) and an active Arkansas PT license, with HCHB experience and CPR certification. Shift 08:00–16:00, Monday–Friday, 32–40 hours/week, mileage reimbursement provided, no weekend or on-call requirements. Responsible for timely documentation (within 24 hours preferred) and adherence to agency standards; benefits include medical, 401(k) matching, travel/license reimbursement, paid housing, weekly pay, and recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Arkansas PT license required
- Home health experience required
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required
- CPR (BLS) certification required
