Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed at a hospital in Henryetta, OK for an outpatient/acute care split with ~12 visits/day across outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro caseload. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document treatment plans per facility standards, and provide clinically appropriate, evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support functional improvement and safe discharge. Applicant must hold an accredited PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an Oklahoma PT license; BLS may be required. Prior travel therapy and EMR/documentation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedics, vestibular disorders, pelvic floor conditions, and outpatient neuro patients preferred
- Caseload of approximately 12 visits per day
- Experience working in both outpatient and acute care settings preferred
