Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position in Charlevoix, MI providing general outpatient PT across pediatric to geriatric populations in a hospital outpatient setting. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (40 hours/week) with no weekends, holidays, or on-call. Responsibilities include delivering skilled physical therapy care, developing and following individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient mobility, function, and quality of life. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (ACPTA-approved program) and an active Michigan PT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
