Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within the Centralia area. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA-approved school. Complete at least one year of home health experience and obtain BLS certification if required. Receive weekly, on-time pay with full medical benefits, 401k matching, and 100% paid housing. Required Qualifications
