Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Mill Valley, CA for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The therapist will support geriatric rehabilitation and post-acute care, perform documentation in EMR systems, and collaborate with a care team. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings required
- Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative nursing programs, or post-acute care preferred
- Documentation in EMR systems experience (SNF-focused EMR platforms preferred)
