Job Summary
Deliver therapeutic interventions, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in an electronic medical record for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient transitions of care while providing mobility training, gait training, and discharge planning. Requires an active Washington State Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and experience in acute care settings. Shift hours are 0900-1700. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting
- Previous travel therapy experience
- Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and discharge planning
