Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while working 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10 schedules Monday through Friday from 0800-1700, including two evenings per week until 7:00pm. Complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment and utilize the Raintree EMR system. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings post clinicals
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
