Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in outpatient clinic providing evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting care, supervising students when assigned, and participating in safety and performance improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred
- Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluation, goal writing, and development of functional treatment plans
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry
- Ability to supervise and provide constructive learning experiences for students when assigned
- Compliance with state practice act, professional code of conduct, and completion of required continuing education
