Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with an average volume of 10–15 patients daily. Perform complex evaluations in 30-minute or 1-hour intervals within a hospital-affiliated clinic in Rockmart, GA. Maintain an active Georgia physical therapy license and BLS certification while utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation. Work a 40-hour week in a team of three therapists, with no weekend rotation or on-call requirements. First-time travelers are not accepted for this assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Georgia physical therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- First-time travelers will not be accepted for this role
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience
- Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures
- Experience with EPIC EMR
