Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in West Caldwell, NJ. Provide rehabilitation services including therapeutic exercise, gait training, and mobility assessments; support interdisciplinary care plans; maintain documentation and regulatory compliance. Shift pattern is 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (08:30–16:30). Benefits include medical coverage options, 401k, 24/7 recruiter support, housing options, travel and license reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master\'s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
