Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a new location. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Complete two years of PT experience, including one year in home health, and demonstrate Epic system proficiency. Provide BLS and CPR certifications as required. Work full-time without weekends while receiving weekly pay, full medical benefits, 401k matching, and 100% paid housing. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- 2 years PT experience
- HI state PT license
- 1 year PT home health experience
- Epic experience
- CPR certification
- Active license at submittal
