Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in outpatient rehabilitation based in South Dennis, MA. Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document care, supervise therapy staff, participate in student clinical education, and engage in safety initiatives and performance improvement activities to support safe community reintegration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Active MA State Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and payer/compliance
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy staff and participate in student clinical education
