Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting (Saint Charles, MN) with contract-based assignment. Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, work days shifts, and be supported by a recruiter. Requires a Minnesota PT license (APTA-approved program) and BLS certification; travel/ housing and license reimbursement are provided. Opportunities for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts with company support through ProVenture; comprehensive benefits begin on the first day. Responsibilities include contributing to patient rehabilitation, implementing restorative programs, and collaborating with facility staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred
- Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred
- Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and restorative programs preferred
