Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in home health caring for patients in Eufaula and Dothan, AL with evenings shift (2000-0400), 40 weekly hours, mileage reimbursement between patient visits, and 100% housing available when applicable. Requires PT degree (ACCEPTS DPT/PhD-PT) and active license (AL or multistate), valid driver’s license, BLS/CPR, and ability to perform home-health PT duties; benefits include full medical, 401(k) matching, timely weekly pay, recruiter support, and travel/license reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Alabama or multistate Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC required
- Home Health experience preferred
- Ability to perform patient care and physical therapy duties in home health settings
- Professional Physical Therapy certification as required by role
