Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Woodbury, NJ. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, documenting in electronic medical records and performing therapy evaluations with progress notes. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) approved by the APTA and an active NJ PT license; BLS may be required. Prior SNF experience and wound care/restorative nursing experience are preferred. Shifts are days (08:30–16:30), 5x8 schedule. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Experience with wound care and restorative nursing programs preferred
- Ability to document in electronic medical records and complete therapy evaluations and progress notes
