Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and educate patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions in outpatient hospital services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and document outcomes in the electronic medical record. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that improve patient function and quality of life while contributing to a patient-centered program serving surgical and nonsurgical populations. Shift hours run Monday through Thursday from 08:00–16:45, with Friday hours from 08:00–15:30, guaranteeing 36 weekly hours. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Missouri physical therapy license
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Basic Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (BCPR)
- Flu vaccination
- Follow site-specific dress code (black scrubs)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient hospital or clinic settings
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record
- Experience treating adults in outpatient orthopedics or musculoskeletal clinics
- Demonstrated skills in patient education, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training
