Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited school. Provide care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, working 40 hours weekly with no holidays or weekends. BLS certification may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
