Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. Complete a four-week onboarding period at the facility before independent caseload management begins. Maintain an active Minnesota PT license and BLS certification from AHA or ARC. Work full-time days shifts from Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:30, for a 13-week assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Minnesota PT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Prior travel therapy or multi-facility float experience
