Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility. Delivers direct skilled rehabilitation services, conducts evaluations, develops and documents treatment plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient function and discharge readiness. Candidate may float across local sites within the Prescott, AZ area to support multiple facilities. Requires PT degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral), active AZ PT license, and BLS; prior travel therapy and SNF/post-acute care experience preferred. Benefits include travel/license reimbursement and potential paid housing; recruiter support throughout assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the appropriate professional body
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term/post-acute care setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document skilled rehab services
- Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
