Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in home health settings across Olympia and surrounding areas. Complete OASIS documentation, admits, evaluations, and discharges while overseeing PTAs or supervising clinical staff. Deliver 30 visits per productivity expectation with full-time coverage, including mileage reimbursement between patients. No on-call or weekend requirements apply. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience required.
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to complete OASIS documentation, admits, evaluations, and discharges.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing PTAs or supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous travel home health experience preferred.
- Comfortable with business casual or scrubs dress code.
