Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Toms River, NJ to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Requires PT degree and an active NJ license; BLS may be required. Responsibilities include patient rehabilitation, documentation in EMR, and delivering care in a travel assignment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
