Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedic clinic in Waterbury, CT. Conduct evaluations and treatments for various orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions, communicate treatment plans and progress to physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and document patient progress to support coordinated care. The role involves collaborating with center colleagues to identify patient care issues, with a typical Monday–Friday clinic schedule in a contract arrangement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA
- Current, active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal patients
- Experience communicating treatment plans and patient progress to physicians and multidisciplinary teams
