Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in Sandy Spring, MD. Provide evidence-based physical therapy to residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans, document outcomes, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Assignment features five 8-hour shifts per week (08:30-16:30); requires a PT degree, an active Maryland PT license, and BLS certification. Travel and license reimbursement with housing provided where applicable are available; benefits include full medical, 401(k) matching, and recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland state physical therapy license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments is preferred
