Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in an outpatient hospital-affiliated therapy clinic in Calhoun, GA. Provide patient care to support recovery from injuries and management of chronic conditions. Typical schedule features a 5x8 or 4x10 shift with 40 hours per week, treating approximately 10–15 patients daily in 30-minute intervals. Requires active Georgia PT license, BLS, and access to EPIC EMR; orientation includes New Employee Orientation and a 5-day department orientation. Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia physical therapy license
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year outpatient experience preferred
- Experience with outpatient scheduling and 30-minute treatment intervals preferred
- EPIC EMR familiarity preferred
