Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a skilled nursing facility in Derry, NH. Maintain an active New Hampshire physical therapy license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA-approved program. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
