Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Evaluate and develop treatment plans including functional programs and goal-oriented care while managing outpatient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student training. Requires an active Indiana license, BLS certification, and Bachelor's through Doctoral degree. 13-week assignment with 5x8 shift pattern in Bedford, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans, including functional treatment programs and goal-oriented care
- Competence with outpatient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Select Medical or similarly governed clinic environment
