Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an acute-care hospital in Florence, SC. You will evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement PT treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address barriers to discharge, and document care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain professional licensure, support student learning when assigned, and participate in performance improvement and community outreach activities. Shift: Day (5x8). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active South Carolina state license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage caseloads in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient documentation skills, including daily notes, goal writing, discharge documentation, and use of electronic medical records
