Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Anthem, AZ providing outpatient rehabilitation focused on functional outcomes within a team-based environment. Typical visit lengths are 60 minutes for evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups, with a caseload around 60-65 patients per week and support from a therapy technician. Documentation is performed in Prompt EMR. New graduates are considered with preference for experienced clinicians. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience with Prompt electronic medical record preferred
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload averaging up to 60-65 patients per week preferred
- Ability to work with and delegate to a therapy technician
