Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Baltimore, MD providing home health services with a 13-week term and potential extension. Daily travel between patient homes (approximately 25–30 miles) while stationed in a Baltimore urban setting. Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Requires degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) and active Maryland PT license; BLS may be required. EMR experience with Kinnser/Wellsky preferred. Housing or relocation options may be provided; travel and license reimbursement options available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience preferred
- Experience with Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred
- Ability to travel 25–30 miles per day as part of caseload
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
