Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position in La Crescent, MN at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with a focus on geriatric and post-acute care. Eligible assignments include direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts, all with full-time pay, benefits, and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Minnesota state physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care
- Proficiency with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities
