Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist opportunity emphasizing hands-on patient care in LTC/Skilled Nursing settings.Responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, developing plans of care, wound care, and use of therapeutic modalities/manual techniques; document per regulatory requirements; supervise PT assistants and rehab staff; may float to nearby facilities; 8-hour shifts (5x8) with no weekend requirement; active MO PT license required with compact license accepted; opportunities for housing/travel/licensure reimbursement and recruiter support to connect with assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA
- Active Missouri state PT license
- Compact license accepted
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
- LTC or skilled nursing/rehab experience
- New graduates considered with Level II clinical experience
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Ability to supervise PT assistants and rehab staff
