Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions for adult and geriatric patients in an acute hospital setting. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, contributing to discharge planning, and delivering interventions to support mobility and function. Roles require late-day coverage (closing shifts) and potential floating to nearby sites. Illinois PT license and BLS certification are required; prior travel therapy and electronic medical records experience are preferred. Shift schedule includes multiple days with late-day coverage; no call required. Benefits include day-one coverage and travel/license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience in acute care or hospital environment
- Ability to perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients
