Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Bloomington, IN at a Skilled Nursing Facility. You’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Assignment includes direct patient care, documentation in electronic medical records, and emphasis on restorative nursing, ADL training, and fall prevention. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and fall prevention preferred
- Demonstrated ability to document clinical progress in electronic medical records preferred
