Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide PT services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Livingston, NJ. Responsibilities include conducting rehab interventions, mobility training, fall risk assessment, restorative nursing, and Medicare-focused evaluations. Ability to document in electronic medical records and coordinate with a recruiter for placement. Assignment is full-time travel contract with benefits, housing and relocation assistance. Must hold a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) and active NJ PT license. Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
