Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient clinic to provide 1:1 patient care. Role includes a dedicated pelvic floor component (approximately 20 hours per week) and requires a PT degree, Arizona licensure (or multi-state license), and BLS. EMR experience with Prompt preferred. Pelvic PT experience is required for part of the caseload. New graduates may apply for general outpatient caseload. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona PT license or multistate license valid for Arizona
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience providing 1:1 outpatient physical therapy care preferred; new graduates open for general outpatient caseload
- Experience with EMR systems preferred; Prompt
- Pelvic floor physical therapy experience required for portion of caseload (approximately 20 hours)
