Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in home health as a traveling Physical Therapist in Elizabethtown, PA, working with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery, reduce hospital readmissions, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. The role requires an accredited PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active PA PT license; BLS may be required. Prior travel or per-diem experience and experience with home exercise program development and patient/family education are preferred. Assignment covers Dauphin County with full benefits including medical, 401(k), 24/7 recruiter support, competitive referral bonuses, and 100% paid housing for eligible assignments, plus travel and license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
