Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient facility in Poulsbo, WA. The role involves providing 1:1 direct patient care on a 40-minute treatment schedule to patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Candidates must have a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active WA license (or ability to obtain). BLS may be required. Medicare/Medicaid credentialing is preferred, with ability to initiate credentialing quickly if not already credentialed. New graduates are considered based on licensing and clinical experience. Assignment duration beyond 13 weeks is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA-approved)
- Active Washington State PT license or ability to obtain WA licensure
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience or willingness to provide 1:1 direct patient care on a 40-minute treatment schedule
- Medicare/Medicaid credentialing preferred; ability to initiate credentialing within 10 days of start
- New graduates considered based on licensing and clinical experience
- Commitment to assignment duration beyond 13 weeks preferred
