Job Summary
Traveling Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in Bedford, IN. The role focuses on helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing treatment plans, creating functional treatment programs and goal-oriented care, performing outpatient documentation, writing letters of medical necessity, and managing charge entry. Supervisory responsibilities for discipline-specific therapy services and participation in student training are part of the role. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools
- Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required)
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans
- Competence with outpatient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training
