Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility on a travel contract. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with injuries and chronic conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and contributing to patient care across diverse settings nationwide. Role supported by full-time pay, benefits, relocation assistance, and housing for travelers; schedule typically 5 days per week with day shifts, and opportunity for direct hire or travel contracts via ProVenture. Requires a PT degree from an APTA-accredited program and an active state license (BLS may be required).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
