Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting by conducting patient evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting restorative and discharge goals. Manage chronic conditions and assist patients with recovery from injuries while working five 8-hour shifts per week from 08:30 to 16:30. An active New Jersey license and relevant clinical experience are required to begin this travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments
- Experience providing evaluations, restorative programs, and discharge planning in post-acute settings
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience with electronic medical records
