Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide home health services in York Township, PA. Responsibilities include evaluating, treating, and managing patients recovering from injuries or chronic conditions; complete start-of-care visits, evaluations, reassessments, discharges; establish plans of care; supervise PTA; manage an independent caseload; schedule patients daily. Shift 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, 32–40 hours/week. Mileage reimbursed between first and last patient visits. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania PT license required
- Home health experience preferred
- Experience completing SOCs, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges in a home health setting
- Experience supervising PTAs and managing an independent caseload
- Familiarity with HCHB and OASIS preferred
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
