Travel Physical Therapist for home health in West Monroe, LA. Evenings shift 2000-0400 with a client-provided schedule (M-F 8:00-16:30). Requires Licensure in Louisiana, OASIS experience, HH experience, and optional BLS. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Louisiana Physical Therapist state license
- OASIS experience
- Prior home health experience
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile coverage area
