Job Summary
Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Newburyport, MA. Responsibilities include helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and following SNF care protocols. Requires a PT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) and an active MA PT license; BLS may be required. Shift is days (0830-1630) on a 5x8 schedule; EHR documentation experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred
- Experience with 5x8 day schedules and EHR documentation preferred
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow SNF care protocols
