Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Greenwood, IN working in an inpatient hospital rehabilitation setting focused on intensive, individualized rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in an accredited inpatient rehab program, contributing to measurable patient outcomes within a structured rehab environment. Assignment features Monday–Friday schedules with occasional weekends, shift 08:00–16:30, and benefits including full medical, 401(k) matching, housing and license/travel reimbursement, and recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation experience required
- Experience treating stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, or complex orthopedic cases preferred
- Dual-licensed PT/OT candidates preferred where noted by the client
- CARF or Joint Commission experience preferred
- Experience working in a 44-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital or similar-sized facility preferred
