Job Summary
Conduct patient care for injuries and chronic conditions in a new location, providing point of service documentation via Net Health on iPad. Maintain 88% productivity while adhering to an M-F, 8-hour schedule with flex options when needed. Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited school and possess an active state license; BLS certification and SNF experience are required. Required Qualifications
