Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed to join a traveling PT team based in Janesville, WI, supporting patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings. Provide rehabilitative services to promote functional recovery and quality of life, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and contributing to individualized care plans that prioritize safety and outcomes. Requires Wisconsin PT licensure and a PT degree (bachelors, masters, or doctoral) with active credentialing; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Wisconsin state physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred
- Experience with NetHealth documentation system preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel therapy experience preferred
- Experience treating geriatric caseloads preferred
