Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role at an outpatient clinic in Virginia Beach, VA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA
- Active Virginia physical therapy license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy delivering evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and functional goal-directed care
- Ability to complete timely, accurate clinical documentation including goal writing, quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry
- Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling and materials handling
- Adherence to state practice act, professional code of conduct, and completion of required continuing education
