Job Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services supporting patient recovery and functional improvement while managing chronic conditions and injuries. Deliver approximately 55–63 patients weekly with a typical cadence of two treatments per hour and one-hour evaluations. Document care using the Raintree EMR and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within established productivity expectations. Work Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, with schedule flexibility including 4x10, 5x8, or 4x9 rotations plus optional Friday hours. Complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Must submit screening questions and current resume prior to assignment
- Experience scheduling productivity of approximately 55–63 patients per week with typical treatment cadence of 2 treatments per hour and 1-hour evaluations
- Prior travel or temporary assignment experience
- Travelers must complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment
- Documentation and use of the Raintree EMR
