Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting, including patient evaluation, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting restorative and discharge goals. Work 8-hour shifts from 08:30–16:30, five days per week, with an active New Jersey license and BLS certification required. Prior experience in post-acute settings, evaluations, and discharge planning is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license

- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments
- Experience providing evaluations, restorative programs, and discharge planning in post-acute settings
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience with electronic medical records
